Trilobite Court, Diabase Square, Fluvial Terrace and Other Street Names
Trilobite Court, Diabase Square, Fluvial Terrace and Other Street Names
I was Googling “trilobite” yesterday. By some weird logic, I was sent to Aldie / Stone Ridge,
Virginia (20105). There I found streets that are named “Fluvial Terrace,” “Trilobite Court,”
“Diabase Square,” “Apatite Square,” “Quartzite Terrace,” “Feldspar Place,” “Greenstone
Drive,” and “Devonian Drive,” among other street and court names that include geological terms.
I found a “Trilobite Trail” in Fort Worth, Texas; a “Trilobite Trail” outside of Jemez Springs, New
Mexico; and a “Trilobite Trail” outside of Ignacio, Colorado.
Yours,
Paul H
